Angst ist odch auch nur ein Gefühl, oder? Nein, Angst ist nicht nur ein menschliches Grundgefühl sondern zentrales Element im menschlichen System, welches das Überleben sichern soll. Angst ist natürlich nicht rational. Das ist erstmal kein Problem. Wichtig ist nur, ob du es schaffst deine Emotionalität zu reflektieren. Ich schaue mir das Thema an und nutze die unterschiedlichen "Seiten" in der Corona-Pandemie um Angst besser zu verstehen. ICH KÖNNTE MIR VORSTELLEN, dass sich einige Menschen durch die Thesen angegriffen fühlen könnte. Dann vielleicht etwas tiefer schauen, also bei der eigenen Innnenschau etwas tiefer buddeln :-)
