In this episode of the Braun Performance & Rehab Podcast, Dan is joined by Anna & Lauren Hackett to discuss their ACL rehab journeys. Lauren Hackett enters her junior year at Salisbury University studying Nursing. She plays attack for the Salisbury Women's Lacrosse Seagulls under head coach Jim Nestor. She hails from Sykesville, Md where she attended Century high school, where she also participated in Track & Field. She injured her R knee during the 2024 spring lacrosse season and is set on a return for the spring 2025 season. Anna Hackett enters her junior year at Elon University studying marketing and communications. She plays midfield for the Elon University Phoenix. She hails from Sykesville, Md where she attended Century high school, where she also participated in Track & Field. She injured her R knee during the 2024 spring lacrosse season and is set on a return for the spring 2025 season. The Hackett twins are daughters of Dan and Kim Hackett, and have two brothers, Charlie and Kevin.
