The Irish Heart Foundation provides health advice and education in connection with heart health, and support services for people post heart attack or stroke. Adrianne is joined here by Anne Riordan, Corporate Fundraising Manager with the IHF to discuss the services they provide, the FAST system of identifying stroke symptoms, and the fact they are a charity who relies heavily on fund raising activities by members of the public so are running a 100km run throughout the month of February to help raise much needed funds and raise awareness to keeping your heart healthy.
