TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Hello everyone, this is Bishop Tony Collins from the house of worship at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and we hope you're having a great week. Hope that you're blessed and that you are walking in the favor of the Lord, that you have an understanding of the goodness of God, the greatness of God, the power of God, the love of God in your life. God's doing some things in your life for his glory and for your benefit. Amen.

Amen. I'm going to tell you, I'm hitting number three, it's still high time. Somebody say it, it's high time. Just receive it, reach up to heaven and pull it down.

It's high time for my breakthrough. I've been praying and I've been fasting and I've been working in the kingdom and serving God. It's high time, 2020. It's high time for the manifestation of my breakthrough for what God has ordained and the supernatural to be revealed in the name of Jesus Christ.

We've talked about identity and tonight we want to talk about how do I break through. What do I need to do to make sure after I've gotten the identity. I understand who I am in Christ. I'm operating in that.

I'm walking in that. How do I get that breakthrough? In the night we're going to talk about how faith breaks the bondage. Amen.

Let's go and check out the message and I'll be back in just a few minutes. Now it's high time for my breakthrough. Now it is high time for my breakthrough. I want to talk about the breaking of the bondage.

The breaking of the bondage. Here's the idea. The idea is we know that God wants to bless us. Yes?

Please be convinced of that. Please be convinced today. If nothing else today that God wants to bless you no matter who you are, no matter where you are, no matter where you find yourself, the fact that you and I are still alive today proves that God not only wants to bless us but He's blessing us. All we have to do is go look at Genesis and we see the first thing that God gives us is to be fruitful and multiply that as a command and command of blessing.

Be productive and increase. We see over and over and over again. Please understand that God wants to bless us so much so that as He stands outside of time, stay with me, as He stands outside of time, He has already put together the plan for our lives. He's already put together the plan for our lives.

He's put the blessings together already for our lives and all we're waiting for is for us to operate based upon God's strategy, based upon God's Word, based upon God's plan for my life. As I operate based on that plan, the blessings will automatically fall down. I'm saying here, a parent, a father and mother prepares for their children. At this point in time, I'm going to give them this.

In this morning, I'm going to give them a car. I'm going to go to school. When I graduate from college, I'm going to buy my house. All these guys, 25 years old, 30 years old, I'm going to give them this amount of money.

It's a really good parent lays out the plan for their child. God is a better parent than you and I has laid out the plan for our lives. It's already done. It's already prepared.

It's already waiting in spiritual places simply for you and I to operate based on the Word of God and the will of God and that's how we have access to the things of God. Stay with me here today. The name of Jesus Christ. There is a bondage of disobedience that prevents us from walking in the blessings of God.

There is a bondage of disobedience, a bondage of the lack of faith for obedience comes from faith which comes from the Word of God. If I want more blessings, if I want more to break through, to get broken off, if I want to break through the stop, I want to punch through the quote unquote ceiling that's preventing me from walking in the great things that God has for me in the name of Jesus Christ. I'm saying I want to be more obedient. All obedience is doing life the way God's Word tells me to be alive.

It's just following the strategy of Jesus Christ. So if I want to follow the strategy of Jesus Christ, I don't have to have more faith. Where am I going to get more faith? I'm going to get more faith from the Word.

If I'm going to break through the bondage I need more faith. We know the God wants to bless us. We know that it's already prepared. Our responsibility is simply to follow God's plan.

That's our only responsibility. Regardless of the Word of God, it's to follow God's plan. Oh my only responsibility we have to do what God would have me to do. Regardless of walking in the victory, the God would have me to walk in.

The blessings of God would have me to walk in. To understand what God wants me to do and to do what it is he said. To do what I get amen today. This is a couple of things today as we're talking about how do I break the bondage?

The bondage of disobedience. The bondage of not doing it God's way of going and doing it in my own way. So we understand this. Whenever I honor God with faith, God acknowledges that faith.

Whenever I you we us honor God with faith, whatever we see the Word of God, what about tells us to do something and we do what it is that God tells us to do, God honors that in us. Yes, yes he does. And when he does that initially based on the fact that we're destined for hell without faith in Jesus Christ and we're destined for heaven with faith in Jesus Christ, the initial reaction that God gives us to honor him and gives us is he gives us the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God the Holy Spirit. Yes?

Now get amen? Yeah. So the Holy Spirit is the one that breaks the bondage. I can't break the bondage.

You can't break the bondage. We can't break the bondage. We get in trouble when we try to do the Word of God based on how we feel, what we think. We want to do it this way.

We want to walk in the flesh. We're trying to do the right thing. We're trying to do it without the help of the Holy Ghost, God the Holy Spirit. We always get in trouble.

It's the Holy Spirit. So we must surrender to the presence of God that is in us to allow him to accomplish in our lives what it is that he wants to accomplish. Can I get amen? Yes.

The fully break the bondage. The bondage that's hindering us from having what God would have us to have. The fully break the bondage means that we must be filled with Holy Spirit. We must be filled with Holy Spirit.

We must want a deeper relationship with Holy Spirit. Wait, wait, wait, wait. I already have the Holy Spirit. Yes.

Yes, yes. If it's one thing to have something, it's a completely different thing for it to have you. You've never said that before. I would say this bottle has water.

If I take it and put this bottle in water, then the water has bottle. So God who's saying to us is a command from Christ to be filled. He's saying cultivate your relationship with God the Holy Spirit, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He's not in it.

He's part of his God. He's saying, I need to cultivate that because this is the way he says, he gives us this command. You're going to hear in a second. And the reason he gives us this command is because Christ knows better than anybody that we are going to need the Holy Spirit to have victory in our lives.

I can't go to heaven without the Holy Spirit. I'm not, I'm not, when you, I love this analogy all the time, when you cut me off in traffic, don't think it's going to prevent me from saying something or reacting in a way that dishonors God will be the Holy Spirit. When you push my buttons, whatever my buttons may be, the only thing that prevents me from responding to you in the old nature that I used to have is the power of the Holy Spirit. That's the carnal person.

The carnal person is the one who's been saying they have the power of the Holy Spirit inside of them, but they are responding to life situations the way they feel, not based on the power of the Holy Ghost. Ephesians 5 and 18 says, being not drunk with wine, wearing it, wear it in excess, but be filled with the Holy Spirit. Don't be drunk because of something outside of your body, but you want to be drunk on something, you want to be filled with something, be filled with the Holy Spirit. Yeah, take a look at First Corinthians real quick, during the First Corinthians 2nd chapter, First Corinthians 2nd chapter beginning at verse 9, it says that, but it's written things which I have not seen and it has not heard and which have not entered the heart of men.

All that God has prepared. There it is for those who love to say with me. You have not seen it, you haven't heard it. You can't even imagine it.

The things that God has prepared. It's already done for those who love them. How do we show them we love them? We show them we love them by doing what he said to do by following his strategy.

He said, for us God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God. So, say with me, say with me, say it. I've got all this stuff prepared for you.

I've got things. You've never seen it. You've never heard of it. You've never imagined it.

Yes, in the great volume, but even today right now, God has blessings for you and neither we have imagined, we have a conceit of in the name of Jesus Christ. And they are revealed. They are manifested. They are brought into a natural existence how through the Holy Spirit.

I'm going to have to have him. And he's going to have to have me. Here's why. The reason that I don't have the breakthrough is because of my unwillingness or my seemingly inability to follow the strategies of Jesus Christ.

Listen, I'm going to encourage them in the Lord. They said to me, I have a problem with consistency. I know what I should do. I just have a problem doing it.

You know different than Paul. The Apostle Paul said, the thing I want to do, I don't do it. The thing I don't want to do, that's the thing I do. So, you're right with him.

Sounds like a stronghold. But it's the power of the Holy Spirit that breaks us through that. What happens is that the Holy Spirit reveals our sin. He draws us to the truth.

The Holy Spirit reveals our sin. Our challenge sometimes is that we don't want our sin to be revealed. I don't want to be confronted with the truth. I don't want you to tell me the truth because here, one of two things I don't have to do, you can front me with the truth either.

I'm going to have to change and I really don't want to change or I'm going to have to get away from the truth. And the Bible says there's a time that's going to come when people don't want the truth. They're going to want to be around people. They're going to tell them you're fine right where you are.

They're going to keep doing what you're doing. You're okay. But the Holy Spirit is going to reveal our sin. He's going to reveal where our reality is different than what God wants it to be.

Because he's going to reveal the sin because he wants to remove the sin. He wants to, in the name of Jesus Christ, we've already been changed on the inside. But because we don't know who we are, we have an issue with identity, right? Because I will only reveal to you who I think that I am the name of Jesus Christ.

I can't reveal to you somebody that I don't think I am. So I have this new identity but I don't know that in my heart. So I'm still struggling in my carnality. I know what to do but I don't do what it is that I should do because it's not in my heart because it's not in my heart because who I am in my heart is who I really am.

So the Holy Spirit shows up and says, hey, man, that's not right. This is what God's Word says. Now I have an opportunity to change it because when I change it, I'm going to operate based on strategy of God. That positions me for my breakthrough.

See, sin will keep us in chains. How's it worth your first family and friends? I can look glorious in my chains. I can look glorious in my chains.

I can look holy in my chains. I can know all the right things to say and do but still be in chains. But God wants to move us by the breakthrough of the power of the Holy Spirit into a place of freedom where I am free to obey. I am free to obey and I'm free to reveal the victory that God has given me that I haven't seen that ears haven't heard that have not entered into your heart in the name of Jesus Christ.

These great and supernatural things that God wants to speak and do in our lives. See, I need to understand the sin is a mindset. Sit with me. Sin is a mindset.

It's a belief system. That's all it is. And that's why he says no one will be conformed but be transformed by the renewing of your mind because sin is a mindset. It's a belief system.

And I have to know who we are and I have to know that you as a child of God, I have to know I have been established by God as holy. Man, if I just battle through identity, we just get identity right. We just get the understanding of that we are who God says that we are. If we just get that part right, there's going to be a whole lot of stuff that will flow in behind that.

I need to wake up every day and say to myself that God has established me as holy. No matter how I feel, no matter what I did last night, no matter what I did last night, no matter what I did last night, no matter what I said, no matter what I did, I held on to that God has established me as holy. And because I know I'm holy, I'll do holy things. People know they're holy, they act like they're holy.

People think they're sinned, I'm a sinner, say, God, great, people think they're sinned, they act sinfully. It's a mindset, it's a belief system. I have to understand, you have to understand, we have to understand that no matter what we do, it's meaningless without the deeper knowledge of the person of the Holy Spirit. There's a deeper, more perfect relationship and understanding of who God is by the power of the person of the Holy Spirit.

You know what I'm saying? I got it. You know, there are churches that shut the Holy Spirit out. You know that?

That doesn't make any sense because how would I shut out my advantage? Why would I shut out the power that I have to accomplish what it is that I need to... Look, Paul says it in the scripture that we read earlier. He says that I want to know him, how in the power of the resurrection.

He says I want to know him in his fullness, I want to know him in his power, the one that says I've been given all power, the name of Jesus. Don't you know that the scripture says that the Holy Spirit is that all power that has a child got the same power that got Christ up from the dead, I have that same power in me today as a believer. Why would I exit out all power? Why would I exit out the one who's going to help me to accomplish what it is that God will want me to accomplish?

I got to understand, we have to understand the name of Jesus Christ that for you and I to have the breakthrough, you and I to walk in the fullness of what God has for us, for you and I to see blessing after blessing, after blessing. Let me know that life is perfect, but that God is really operating in our lives the way He wants to operate. I have to operate in the power of the Holy Ghost. John 8 and 32 says, you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.

You shall know God Jesus Christ. You shall have the dwelling of the Holy Spirit that proves that you know God Jesus Christ. And that will make you free, free to follow the strategy of God even in this healing world and healing culture. Free to manifest the power of God, the presence of God, the provisions of God in our lives today.

Because here it is, the world that I live in today, they need to know somebody that's walking with God. They need to know somebody that's got the Holy Ghost. They need to know somebody that's got the Holy Ghost. They need to know somebody that's not swayed to and from whatever wind blows today, whatever political wind blows today, whatever financial wind blows today, whatever cultural wind blows today, that somebody in the name of Jesus Christ is standing on their knowledge of who Jesus Christ is provided by the power of the Holy Ghost.

I got faith, man. I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right.

I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right.

I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right.

I got faith that's gonna be all right. I got faith that's gonna be all right. and God and only I reveal that by the power of the Holy Ghost. And stay with me here today, the name of Jesus Christ.

I don't have faith, if when I get hard, I go away. It's not faith when the devil shows up, when the crock, when the crucible shows up, when the storm shows up, when the lions and the tigers and the bear show up, I fade to black, that's not faith, man. We must be willing, here it is. Paul says in verse 10 that I want to know in the power of the resurrection, but he says, I'm gonna say, in the fellowship of the suffering.

I came to tell you today that God has a ministry of suffering. Oh, can't you see it? Can't you see it in the scriptures that God has, a ministry of suffering, you think Abraham didn't suffer? And it leaves everybody he knew, everybody loved, very beginning.

The first move of faith is a ministry of suffering. The first call of faith is, hey man, yeah, I'll be your God and you can be my people, I'm gonna bless you. That's gonna be a really incredible blessing. Beyond what you could see, or even imagine in your heart, that's how I'm gonna bless you.

But for you to get that, first of all, I'm calling you to suffer, leave everybody you've known. Go to a place you don't even know where it is. See when I look through life, everywhere I look, I see something, I look at the Bible, where I look up, I find suffering from the great men and women of God, Daniel suffered, David suffered, huh? Come on man, Jesus suffered, Mary suffered, Joseph suffered, all of the other one, Esther suffered.

Come on man, Gideon suffered over and over and over again, we see a suffered, so he's singing, yes, I want the power, but the way I get to the powers, I gotta be willing to go through some stuff. I want the breakthrough, man, I want the blessings, man. I want to rain down on me, the name of Jesus Christ. I get happy when I have this sermon about grace, and about how everything gonna be alright, how God get ready to turn around, and tomorrow it'll be better than it was today.

I get all excited when I hear that, but I can't even tell you that the reality of the word of God is yes, God is sovereign, but God calls us to a ministry of suffering sometimes, huh? Sometimes, sometimes, the loss that we suffer, and yet stand on the word of God, huh? The difficulty that we suffer, yet we stand on the word, the ridicule, the persecution that we suffer, yet we stand on the word of God, sometimes that's God's testing ground. Come here, Hannah, you got to deny you're popping out babies, you're just in writing, she is ridiculing you on every turn, but you stand where you're supposed to stand, you do what you're supposed to do, you're in God, you run to Jesus, you run to God, in the name of Jesus Christ, and God turns it around for you, and you want your breakthrough, then prepare to deal with some suffering for.

Freedom in Christ has a cost, huh? Even Paul talks about it here, he said, all of this stuff that I had before, you know, he said I have confidence in the flesh, he said I was in Israelite, I was a Hebrew, I was a Pharise, when it comes to the law, I was blameless, he said I had some accolades, I was somebody, he said check it all when I threw it out, I was ostracized by those who were my friends, and they turned their back on me, they tried to kill me, they put a family on my head to get rid of me, the name of Jesus Christ, he said, but I stood anyway, and I wrote two thirds of the New Testament, they read the words that I wrote, the Holy Spirit wrote through me in church, after church, after church, all around the world, even today, but freedom in Christ, don't cost me something, it's gonna cost me some pain, it's gonna mean I have to do the hard thing, freedom calls pain, power calls pain, but this pain allows the Holy Spirit to reveal my victory, huh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it hurt when they talk about it, yeah, it hurt when they go on their own way, it hurt when people who you love, people say they will think and you count on them, in the name of Jesus Christ, I'm your my father in the ministry, my mother in the ministry, I love you, you mean the world to me, when they turn their back on you, and yes, in the name of Jesus Christ, but the purpose of it, in the name of Jesus Christ, is not to destroy us, but to build us on the inner man, the inner woman, that you and I might become stronger, that we might be able to withstand the gales of life, the tornadoes of life, the difficulty of life, that God might be honored, God might be grateful, that I might turn to you as you go through trial, let me tell you about what Christ did in my life, right? Yeah, as I said this before, we have a choice to make, house of worship, church, family and friends, those of you who are listening by radio or by audio, wherever you might be, we have a choice to make, and that is we can even be comfortable, or we can be free.

Man, that's a good word, I mean, that's just a good word. If I'm grabbing it and I'm using it and it's working, let me know, send me a note, man, this word has had impact at the house of worship, this word has had impact as we broadcast it, on several occasions, this word has impact in the lives of the people who listen, who are teachable, who grab a hold of it, and again, to operate in it by the power of the Holy Spirit. This word has impact in the name of Jesus Christ, and I wanna know if it's moving in your life, encouragement, somebody please, that it is working for, encourage me in the name of Jesus Christ, that this is really making a difference in your life, amen? Man, God is so great, God is so awesome, God wants to have impact in your life, and for you to have impact in the lives of those that you come in contact with, amen?

Hey, I wanna give you a chance as always to give your heart to Jesus Christ, that's why we're here, the number one reason why we're here, if you're here and you're not been captured by grace, as I have, that you're not a child of God in the sense of rebirth, that you're a new creation, out of the oldest past and the new has come, and you wanna make sure that when you die, whenever that is, that you're gonna end up spending eternity with Jesus Christ in heaven, man, this is an opportunity right now to do that, and all you have to do is just pray a short prayer, and say, Lord, I made mistakes, but I wanna change, I want you to change me, I tried to change, but I can't change myself, I'm giving you permission to change me by the power of the Holy Spirit, I want you to be my Lord, I want you to be my Savior, I want you to be my King, I give up my will for your will, I give the life that I have been living for the life that you want me to live, show me how to be, what you want me to be in Christ's name, and pray that prayer, and I promise you, it's gonna make a difference in your life, when you do it, let me know, do it right now, stop what you're doing, do it right now, in the name of Christ, and when you do it, let me know, cause I wanna join with you in prayer, our church is gonna pray for you, and incredible things are gonna start happening in your life, it's gonna blow your mind, in Jesus' name, amen? So let me pray for you tonight, Father, the name of Jesus Christ, you're an awesome God, you're an incredible God, you're a loving God, you're a God that looks out for us, Lord God, I pray in the name of Jesus, for those that are watching tonight, Father, you ascend, Father, your Spirit, Father, to touch their lives in the name of Jesus Christ, for those that don't know you, Father, send a message, or send a messenger that would get their attention, that would draw their face, Lord God, to the cross, and the great gift that you have given us, through the death of your son, for all of our sins, Lord, whatever life we're living, there's a better life to live in you, Lord God. So give them hope, Father, in Christ Jesus, and draw them into you for your glory, and for their benefit, we pray, amen. Hey, thanks so much, once again, for allowing us in your home, we appreciate you, and we thank you for just the privilege of sharing what is that Christ has given us.

We hope you are finding a blessing in what we're doing, and we enjoy it so much, and we just wanted to benefit you and to advance the Kingdom of God. We love you, we're praying for you, please pray for us. We'll see you next week at the same time. Walk by faith and not by sight.

We pray, we send the best of the Kingdom of God into your life, into the life of those that you love. In God's name, we pray that, amen. Bye-bye. Oh, how did this pray be?

Praise the angel, how did you give the heart of grace, and the heart of Christ?
