Welcome to the anointed word. My name is Pastor Omar Exumé, the Executive Pastor of the House of Worship. I am joined here by our Bishop Tony Collins, who has provided us with a word that is so crucial to our lives. It is some keys to Holy Living.
Let's check it out and we'll be back here in a moment. I thought this, you know, the Holy Spirit is an asbestos army. Now what an appropriate passage because there are so many evil doers in the world today. Not that the evil doers weren't there already, but now you can see the evil doers.
Maybe it's just me, but it seems like I'm surrounded by evil doers. Not here at the house, which is obviously, but it seems like I'm surrounded by evil doers. Everywhere I look, there's a liar. Everywhere I look, there's a hypocrite.
Everywhere I look, there's someone that's on an agenda that's outside of the agenda of God's Holy Word and trying to convince me that I ought to be okay with that. Maybe it's just me, y'all, I don't know what, but it seems to me like everywhere I look, there are evil doers. If I'm not careful, I don't know about you because I have a burden for the things of God. If I'm not careful, I can find myself being upset because of evil doers.
Maybe you don't get upset. You don't get upset when you see stupid, when you see crazy. You see people telling you that lie is the truth and the truth is alive. Maybe that doesn't bother you, but some people get upset by that.
To the point that sometimes I can find myself being consumed by what evil doers say and do. Maybe it's just me, but I find this scripture comes into play in my life perfectly in this time and this season and reminds me, don't get upset by evil doers. It's not about me being praying, Lord God, when are you going to tear down the evil around me? It's not about me, maybe it's just God, I've been praying for a long time.
It seems a year and a half or two years, maybe I guess wickedness in high places. This scripture says, don't get all upset over it because the evil doers and the workers of immickity, those that like to do sin stuff, those that like to do stuff that dishonors God. Those who don't have any reverence for God and just do whatever they want to do. Don't worry about them.
Don't get upset about them. Why? Why? Why?
Because soon they won't be around anymore. Don't break for your words. I can't see what you see. I don't know what you know Lord God.
I thank you for your word. Don't get out of shape. Don't get twisted. Don't get twisted.

Because of evil doers and those that you see that are operating sinfulness, even when they are in power over you, don't get upset about it because it won't be long and they won't be here anymore. God, I thank you for that word. If you're going to live in this place of revealing your feel to God. You're going to live in this place.
It's when you and I have a feel to God, a loyalty to God, a loyalty to the word of God above all things. You're going to live in this place where you can show your feel to God. You're going to have to understand that evil doers are not going to be on the land. That's going to be in place that much longer.
I guess the things that you need to do. Don't do this, but make sure you do this. Don't do this, but make sure you do this. Make sure that you don't fret over evil doers and the workers of it, Nick, why?
Because they won't be here long, but make sure you do this. The first thing I make sure I do is I trust in the Lord. Verse 3 says, trust in the Lord and do good. Don't fret about what the evil folk are doing.
Trust in the Lord and do good. So you shall dwell in the land and barely you shall be fed. Don't worry about what the evil people are doing. Just trust in the Lord.
My response to your evil is my response to the workers of Iniquity. My response to all of the things that you are doing that are obviously against God is not to talk you down, but my response to trust in the Lord. Trust in the Lord. Have confidence in the Word of God.
Have confidence that evil is not going to be here long. Jesus have trust in God. Confidence in God. Bonus in God.
Knowing that His Word is my security. No matter what they say, no matter what they do, no matter how they rail against the church and things that are holy in the name of Jesus Christ. No matter how they rail against the man and the woman of God. Trust in the Lord knowing that I am secure.
No matter what you do, no matter what you say, no matter what you take me, no matter how you try to convince me, no matter what they tell me. Oh my job. Everything's going to be alright as long as I'm trusting. A security.
Confidence is in the Lord. This is the Lord is Jehovah. Jehovah. The all existing one.
In other words, He don't need nobody's help. He don't need your help. He don't need my help. He don't need the angels help.
He doesn't need any. He needs nobody. He exists. Oh, on his own.
The one true living God. Trust in him and him alone. Don't worry about the evil do. We have to trust in God.
Trust in God. That's the key. That's the key to living a holy life. I've got to trust in God.
I've got to trust in my Creator. I've got to trust in the God of the Holy Scriptures. I haven't trust in the one true living God. Have I been trusting in God?
Have I put my confidence in God? In God alone? Have I been trusting in God? Because if I've been trusting in God, then I have the capacity in that moment to do what's good.
Because that's what He says here. He says, he says, trust in God. He says, trust in God is and do good. Do good.
Do that. Which pleases God, which is the opposite of doing evil. Do good. Do good.
Do the stuff that pleases God the most. Do the thing that glorifies God the most. I cannot do that unless I trust in God because I am surrounded by evil doers. Who's desire here is to prevent me from doing the thing that honors God the most?
You've been trusting in God. We've been trusting in God. God He says here that if you trust in me, here your confidence is in me, you will do good. Do the thing that pleases me the most, then you should live.
That's what this is the back end of verse 3. You can go through all the land and barely thou shalt be fed. Modern day translation is you will live and have dominion over the land. I know they're trying to take you down.
I know they're trying to rip you apart. I know they're challenging your belief. I know they're trying to pick between you this and I've got to pick between that and they're put two things that I love. And the whole experience coming here today to say, no matter what your situation, no matter why you find yourself, no matter how difficult it is in the name of Jesus Christ, put your trust in God, put your confidence in God.
If you do, then you have the ability to do that, which pleases God, which is the opposite of evil, and you will live and have dominion over the land. That's the word of God. It says that certainly that person will be a special friend of God. Certainly that person will be a special friend of God and God will be there.
Shepherty will lead them. He will guide them. He will protect them. He will keep them.
He will make sure of their prosperity. Have we been trusting God? I want to tell you today that you have not been trusting God today is the moment to change that you have not been trusting. I've been trusting some stuff other than God.
And right now is a moment to repent of your actions. So I was wrong. I see it now, sir. I change my mind.
I cannot trust him that, but it cannot save me. I cannot trust him that. I cannot trust him that. I cannot trust him that.
I cannot save me. I was wrong. I was out of order. Please forgive me Lord.
I repent. I choose that I move forward. Trust alone. God, He was in the 35th.
Don't throw away your confidence. Don't throw away your God. Don't throw away your trust in God. Come on, somebody can be just going along.
You think everything's good and everything's right. Nothing's out of order. Me and God are okay. And then the Lord allows the devil to roll in a storm in a room of tornado in a room of typhoons and earthquake all at the same time.
And in the name of Jesus, what we found out was that we really didn't have our confidence fully in the Lord. Don't throw away your confidence in God. Don't throw away your confidence in God. Don't throw away your confidence in God.
Don't throw away your confidence in God. Don't throw away your confidence. That's great. That's a great reward.
Psalms 18 and 2 cents of Lord. Lord is my rock. Yehovah is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my strength in whom I will trust. Well, this was what I mean.
Is that been your rock? Has Jehovah been your rock? That's been the thing you clung to in the midst of the storm, the midst of the tribes. And the thing you've been holding on to, has been your fortress.
Has been the place that you ran to and you were secure and you were safe. Is that the thing that you were running toward? See, then you were deliberate. So God has been that you trusted every trusted against some 27, some trusted chariots, some in horses.
But we will remember the name of the Lord. We will remember the name of your whole. We will remember the name of your way. We will remember the name of our God.
Trusted. Holy living. I got to stop it. The first one is trust.
I've got trust God trust. I have my confidence in God. Then secondarily, I have to, in the name of Jesus Christ, delight myself in the Lord. Ooh, delight myself in the Lord.
Have we been delighting? Have I taken great pleasure in God? Jesus, God, Holy Ghost. Have I taken, Collins, have you taken great pleasure in God?
Have you had a lot of happiness? Have you had a lot of joy, Collins? In God, in the Word of God, in the presence of God, in the people of God, in the house of God? Have you been excited, Collins, about God?
I'm excited to know the name of God. Holy, I got to be delighted about God. I'm not talking about being righteous here. Righteousness is safe, safe.
If I'm safe, I'm righteous. In the name of Jesus Christ, I mean, I've been approved by God. A lot of Jesus Christ covers me, and I have been approved by God. I know he said, I'm a royal priest to it.
The holy nation, but here it is. I've been made holy. I'm being made holy, and I'm going to be made holy. Otherwise, he would command me to be holy in the name of Jesus Christ.
And if I'm going to walk in holiness, I'm not talking about being safe, not right now in the name of Jesus Christ. I'm talking about walking in holiness. I'm talking about walking in the fullness of the power of God. I'm not going to receive in those things that God would have for me in the name of Christ and die them across for me to have.
I'm safe, I'm born in church. Better figure out where is that? Where are the promises of God for my life? Maybe I'm not walking holy.
You're like, I'm not talking about God. I'm not going crazy about the things that God has done. I have a deno theology when it comes to God, you know, fair for my song, you know. I've come through the door with books, and the person comes off.
I have a bad song. The bad song, the bad song, the bad song, the bad song. I have a bad song. Hey, it's over for the door, and Dino runs over everybody to get to Fred.
Do we have that type of theology about God? Do we do we do we do we do we do we get excited about God? What is that? What does that look like?
Myself I saw it. He saw me doing it. What would it look like? What it looks like?
It looks like me loving to be in the presence of God That's what that that's what it looks like. See I can open the word. I'm in the presence of God I can be at church. I'm the presence of God.
I can be around people who love God and we're talking about God Do I love to be in the presence of God? I know a lot of people have a real this obligation thing, you know, right? If I go to church and I go to church it's the number of times doing the month and if I'm at church this many hours doing the week that I can check my quote unquote Holiness box if you will and so me and God are good and I guess I said before I'm not talking about righteousness. I'm not talking about salvation I'm talking about holiness.
I'm talking about the name of Jesus Christ Unlocking man the door of the power of the Holy Spirit to be able to operate in your life the way that he wants to the name of Jesus Christ He says in his ways, I promise you I promise you that if you They like yourself in the Lord what I'm going to do is I'm going to change your heart. Good God I'm going to change your heart and after I change your heart. I'm going to give you everything that's in your heart in the name of Jesus Christ I want to stand up on this word about the Lord said he'll give me the size of my heart not your unholy heart Not so unholy heart. I know baby He said your holy heart I'll give you the size of that and name of Christ But that's after you've been in my presence and love my spirit to change your heart You don't like me you don't like me you're my 15 and 16 You're your words were found in and I ate them You found your words sir and I ate them and your words became a joy to me in the delight of my heart I have been called by your name Lord God of Argy So come on man have you found have you found word have you found it because you haven't found it man I can put you right to it man.
Have you found this word and when you found it did you eat it? Or did you do as my four-year-old granddaughter does some time to time and you just push it around on the plate? Miss Nippon let me lick it I found the word and I ate it and it became a joy to me and the delight of my heart are you there? I've gotten there.
I'm trying to walk holy Success But steps to holy living some factors for holy living you never got you I got trust the Lord God I got the light in the Lord God and thoroughly you find what he did is that I got to commit my way unto the Lord I got to commit my way unto the Lord as a story I'm sure you've heard it before I'm sure at some point in time over 17 years of the past room I'm sure I've told the story at least some point in time but the story about this early world conqueror early world conqueror and they came from Spain they're going into the new world I think we're going what we call Mexico now and they're going to you know start a new place plant something and they sent you know several boats and man they came back they came back about a year and a half later and then two artists just to light it up they don't want to sit open now so a few years went by they said hey you know what time is going by let's just try again and this new explorer comes out with new crew and new boats and then he comes to the land and they make same same program same deal man this is not he's not working he's not going to do take me out and he'll pack it up and going back he's not working they go back same story some several years later they sent out a new one new new conqueror go to the same place come on shore get him in a self-retent and everything they turn your look into the bay the boats that they were they come over in and the boats were on fire he burned the boats and surprisingly enough maybe not surprisingly enough they were successful they came in and they were they got know the people and became a very very big success and that's what God is looking for us to do take our way and burn the boat our way just his way no matter what the consequences are about dying as he alive that's what's contour saying is that going back is not an option so either we go die here or we go succeed here but going back is not an option God is looking for you and I to do the same thing to make that same commitment that he was trying to find the Holy Spirit no longer my way Lord only your way that causes me to die then I'll die what I'm doing at your if I don't want to hold this man don't want to hold this man everybody want to go to heaven but nobody don't want to hold me that's this this is this is the peace that's missing in the church huh yeah this is this is the peace that's missing in so many people's relationships who call themselves Christians this is a piece that's missing is that we want to go our way and call it holy that's why I don't even preach about holiness because hey you don't want this this sound this in the church right now that sound they even want that sound the church but this is the word of God I want to walk holy in the name of Jesus Christ if I'm going to walk holy I got I got to burn the boats baby so there you have it um in this day in this age in this culture you don't hear a lot of messages about holiness and the reality is as you read through the word of God as we read through the word of God God's word basically says holiness or hail I know that's a that's a that's a hard word if you will but that's just the truth of God's word you know I'm going to live a life of holiness I'm commanded to be holy as God as holy and so if you survey your life today as we survey our lives today and we realize that we have not been living we have not been living lives of holiness we haven't trusted in God we we we don't delight in God we we are not committed to God the only response for that that's appropriate to God is repentance it's ask God to forgive us to change our minds and to begin to ask God to help us to live lives of holiness that's never going to begin unless I have a right relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ so first of all I want to give a chance to give your heart to Christ ask Jesus Christ to come in your heart repent of your sins the life that you live the choices that you've made repent of your sins and ask Christ to come in and take over and be your Lord and your Savior if that's not you if you're the person's already saved but you've come to the conclusion based on this message that you you have you have you have not been living a holy life you have not been relying on God you put your faith in something other than God I'm encouraging you holy spirit is encouraging in this moment to repent of your sins and ask God for forgiveness and to make a change I want to pray for you tonight Father God the name of Jesus God is led by Holy Spirit God Father I'm praying for a spirit of holiness to overtake the lives of those that are watching this ministry Lord that are watching right now the Father the mother the son the dog no matter who you are for a spirit of holiness to take over to take control of everything that's in the way of them living a holy life will be removed Father by the power of the authority of Jesus Christ that thing might be destroyed it might be torn down it might be broken that they might live lives of holiness that they might end their lives looking at Jesus Christ they might find themselves in heaven as a result of it logo and as they live their lives of holiness they may shine the light of Christ brightly until lives of those that come in contact with Father so have your way in their lives that's our prayer that's our decree right now in Christ's name we pray thank you thank you for allowing us to speak into your life thank you for allowing us to say thus say the Lord we take that responsibility seriously and understand that there's a higher call on our lives to do what it is that God has called us to do hope you feel that as well we love you and we are praying for you we ask you to pray for us hope we'll see you next week same
