Complex-PTSD, My story that comes from 93/94 school year, by a person who bullied me so bad I nearly ended my l*fe. The trauma trigger happened when he & I spoke up about the sexting-gate and instead of listening, he shut me down and that is when I froze back in time (93/94) to the point when he told me I wasn’t good enough for anything, it was later diagnosed as Complex-PTSD. Life is a journey with healing along the way. Talking about it helps people heal, the problem is, people don’t listen to a broken record but that is what trauma is, a broken record when you are triggered by the event of the past. Being a good ear is what we need.
