I am talking about his book “ Spare” saved me. When he mentioned his Anxiety and opening up about emotions. HIs book mentioned the name of the person who had S.Aed me and that was the start of unfurling my emotions, and it took until December 31, 2024 to let go of the trauma from everyone. Complex trauma that includes a history of trauma bonded relationships.I developed a Trauma Bond from the “Trauma 2” who impacted me from what they did, from yelling me in front of 8th grade (93/94), to the wrath in front of 102 members of marching band my junior year at band camp to the relationship I had with one and the other said it was wrong to speak up. Don Lemon who likes to spew lies & hate, has decided to leave X (Twitter). The government lies to us; the media lies to us. The media is at its lowest point because we all know the media lies to us, everyone except the leftists, who are melting down due to media’s lies about Trump. When the media and the corporate media and the corporate-captive government see other voices of truth, they have to brand those misinformation. They either have to censor us, or they have to lie about what’s true and what’s not true. Single parents may feel overwhelmed and struggle to find enough time in the day to fulfill all their responsibilities. Lack of Support: Single moms and dads often have limited support from a co-parent, leading to a lack of common responsibilities and decision-making. Am I holding a grudge or is it trauma that I am experiencing? -My Pen Name is what gives me strength, that was birthed from all the trauma I had and what sparked it? When I finally spoke up and said no to a situation. With that said, when it comes to trauma, people from the outside looking in, will see it as a grudge. You learn later, that it isn't a grudge, it is trauma. Often times, it is the fight-or-flight response is a physiological reaction to a stressful or dangerous situation that prepares the body to either fight or flee - that is part of my Complex-PTSD- "A fight-or-flight response is a common reaction for people with complex PTSD (CPTSD) or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)"

Trauma Denial- When people go through trauma, they think it is their fault; people are told in older generations to move on and don’t think about it, but sometimes when trauma gets triggered, to go through the cycle, talking helps and listening helps. Complex-PTSD, My story that comes from 93/94 school year, by a person who bullied me so bad I nearly ended my l*fe. The trauma trigger happened when he & I spoke up about the sexting-gate and instead of listening, he shut me down and that is when I froze back in time (93/94) to the point when he told me I wasn’t good enough for anything, it was later diagnosed as Complex-PTSD. Life is a journey with healing along the way. Talking about it helps people heal, the problem is, people don’t listen to a broken record but that is what trauma is, a broken record when you are triggered by the event of the past. Being a good ear is what we need.

I, Salty Vixen did know Prince Harry because of both polo and being a Patron to Sentebale. Fun fact, Prince Harry did kiss me, the story about it is in this podcast. Note, I was never a fan of Harry. I liked him because of the kindness she shown me at Polo 25 July 2004, when he stood up for me from a situation.

Today's episode was a 5 Minute Dating Virtual Date-on Facebook Dating App, the moment I said I am a single parent & Author, he ghosted me lol. Sadly, this happens a lot. Single life stinks. Also-Why I write and the one who inspired me.

I remember what my ex crush turned ex boyfriend said to me many years ago “always work hard. You got this and don’t listen to others. Only listen to your own voice as you are the one who has to make a choice in things. If you don’t want to do it or do not have the passion, then that is the time to quit”

Episode 2, I talked about a date I had. He ghosted me after the date. Why did he do that? That is what Episode 3 is about, the Red Flags my gut told me and I ignored. Dating is a lonely road, we all know this and often times, we ignore what our gut is telling us- don't ignore it!
