Find a trusted person to talk to about your anxieties. Journal your fears and worries. Remove certain foods and caffeine if they affect your anxiety. I do not know what anxieties you are dealing with, but I do know that the Lord will help you through it if you allow Him to. God can change anything in your life. Even if your anxiety feels too big for God to take away, I promise you it is not. God still does miracles. Trust that God will do a miracle in your own life and continue to reach out to Him.
