Appalachians in the mountains of East Tennessee, and North Carolina is obviously different.On the surface it appears your skin color and political values matter was to how the extremely rich give their money.Shout out to Dolly Parton and CEO of Walmart.  And of course there are others there helping out as well.Biggest difference is; the Appalachians and their neighbors are helping themselves, and aren't forming lines of handouts from the Government.  Truth be told, the FEMA thugs are in the way.
