Here, we provided opinions, commentary and speculation regarding the appeal styled as Richard Allen v. State of Indiana discussing the status of the appeal. This is the high profile "Delphi case" where Appellant is seeking a new trial or in the alternative remanding to the trial court for a "Franks" hearing.
