Since changing the podcast name (RIP The Xennial Dome, 2021-24) we don't bother ourselves too much with generational differences on the show too much - But what happened to children's fiction about runaways? They were everywhere, right? Was it deemed dangerous to fill kid's heads with these stories? Did they go the way of smoking, catapaults and the nicknames of some of the Bash Street Kids?
