April 2025 Market Update for Northern Colorado

The Spring market is here and we’re seeing mixed activity.  The Buyers with big pockets are out but they are picky about what homes they are pursuing.  Some Sellers are seeing multiple offers and some are seeing multiple weeks on the market with no activity.  Mortgage interest rates have fluctuated significantly in the last week due to the market’s response to the tariffs.  In real estate news, some headlinesare helpful and some are click bate and produce fear.  I highlight a couple of recent headlines that can be misleading until you read the finer details.
