If using a frying pan or skillet, fill it halfway before the rim and allow it to heat up.     Place catfish filets in a nice-sized bowl to clean. Rinse with cold water.     Slice the lemon into three to four medium-sized slices to clean the catfish, then squeeze over the  entire catfish filets on both sides.     Rinse the catfish after cleaning with vinegar, lemon, and cold water.     Pat dry with clean paper towels or shake dry.     Coat the filets with the Louisiana Fish Fry evenly on both sides.     Once your oil is heated and hot slowly fry the filets in the cooking oil and allow them to fry for 4 minutes or so, or to your desired crispiness, but make sure they are done inside.     After frying, place on a dish with paper towels to sop up the oil and cool.  Sprinkle the parsley or chopped chives on top of the catfish filets to garnish . Once cooled to your desired temperature, you are ready to serve with your favorite sides.     I would pair it with a nice, fully loaded baked potato, healthy side salad, and sweet potato fries.       Link to Download Yuka App:        https://www.appisfree.com/detail/io.yuka.android?u=PCing&utm_source=bing&adgid=1183076474152026&cid=570516351&utm_content=o&utm_id=1183076474152026&msclkid=39e75efa74e111a89981362e5a81c18e#google_vignette           For collaboration requests, share recipe ideas, funny stories, and leave feedback on the show.
