He has worked closely with faculty and staff to shape a modern, comprehensive regional college that prepares people to thrive in a changing world. Previously, he held leadership roles at institutions including State College of Florida, the University of Wisconsin Colleges, Moraine Park Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan. He holds degrees from Brock University, Central Michigan University and his Ph.D from Cardinal Stritch University, as well as completing Harvard’s Institute of Educational Management.
