Guests: Kathleen Yanasak, Graphic Designer, Waukesha County Technical College Kathleen Yanasak is the Lead Graphic Designer at Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) and an adjunct instructor in graphic design. With more than 10 years of experience in the field, she brings expertise in branding, visual communication and creative strategy while helping prepare students for careers in design. Nicki Kowalchuk, Lead AI Data Specialist Instructor, Waukesha County Technical College Nicki Kowalchuk is the faculty program lead for the AI Data Specialist program at Waukesha County Technical College, where she focuses on the critical role data plays in building AI systems. She has spent the past 11 years teaching and developing courses in data, analytics, and machine learning, and has launched both the Data & Analytics and the AI Data Specialist programs. Brittney Schultz, Web & Software Developer Instructor, Waukesha County Technical College Brittney Schultz is an Instructor of Information Technology at Waukesha County Technical College, where she teaches software development and helps prepare the next generation of technologists. She holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems and has spent much of her career at the intersection of technology, education, and mentorship.

Previously, he held leadership roles at institutions including State College of Florida, the University of Wisconsin Colleges, Moraine Park Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan. He holds degrees from Brock University, Central Michigan University and his Ph.D from Cardinal Stritch University, as well as completing Harvard’s Institute of Educational Management.
