Despite all the work we do to be WELLthy nurturing our minds, bodies, and spirit we are re still carrying the weight of fear.This week, I dive into the harsh reality of women’s discussing the horrifying stories of the UK grooming gangs, the murder of Sarah Everard, and the everyday fear women still live with. I also share my own experiences of feeling unsafe walking home, taking taxis, and even encountering men exposing themselves in public.Women invest so much into their WELLth our mindset, movement, connection, self-love, and nourishment yet we’re still forced to live in survival mode. Who is to blame for this?
