Or we're taught that certain emotions are "bad" such as anger or sadness. Well...it's just not true. We need those emotions just as much as happiness. In the eyes of our body, there's no difference between the two. We need to allow them to process either way. And how awesome is Anger? It means movement. It means we can move from Apathy to Movement.
