Are We Alone? The GP Scale That Ranks Alien Races From Tribal to Galactic | Paolo Guizzardi

Are we alone in the universe? Paolo Guizzardi, director of Italy's Centro Ufologico Nazionale and national representative for Italy of the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research, does not think so, and in this episode of the TruthSeekah Podcast he brings the evidence: an integrated scale for ranking the evolution of civilizations, from primitive tribal societies all the way to galactic empires. Working with Roberto Pinotti, the most important ufologist in Italy, Guizzardi developed the GP scale, which measures any civilization on three parameters: scientific and technical development, ethical and moral development, and political and social aggregation. The scale assigns each civilization an asset code such as GP 332, and its five levels run from tribal, to national, to planetary, to subgalactic, to galactic. Guizzardi applies the scale to the Ummo letters, the famous typed correspondence allegedly sent to Europe since the 1960s by beings from a planet fourteen light years away, to the civilization of Ra from the Law of One material, which he says has ascended beyond the scale entirely, and to the fictional worlds of science fiction such as the Na'vi of Pandora. His most hopeful conclusion is that any civilization advanced enough to travel between the stars must have balanced its technology with genuine moral development, because unbalanced civilizations destroy themselves first.
