Are you growing?

What do you do when you first wake up in the morning? Who are you hanging out with? What do you do with your 24 hours? What do you spend your time doing? Have you ever really put a microscope on how you spend your time? Are you feeling exhausted from the day “busy”? Or are you shifting, changing, evolving and growing? Lots of us say we want to grow, yet many don’t spend the time required to. This topic of growth has been hitting me lately and it’s something that I’m so deeply passionate about. If you want a better life, if you want things to change, if you want to make an impact in the world, you have to keep growing. I have a challenge for you today to start taking a look at where you spend your time. Start tracking your time, write down where your time is going. Pay attention to what you’re paying attention to. Are you really investing time into learning and growing and uplevelling yourself? This episode is an invitation for you to start looking at your day and blocking out your time.
