Our body is always giving us feedback. I was chatting to a lovely lady today about how she has hit a brick wall, was feeling really emotional and gave herself some time off to rest and recuperate. She has come back today, full of energy and raring to go again. How often do you give your body and your nervous system time to get back to normal - or homeostasis? What does it even look like, or feel like if you are out of sorts and what can you do to get back into flow, back to being able to access all of your functions? Here are my thoughts.
