    If you want to feel more confident there are some basic things that you need to address.

    Feeling stable and secure is a huge contributing factor to how we feel. So whether that's secure in our relationships, or our work , or our finances, if one of these is missing we can feel unstable, without fiorm foundations. And a house built on uneven, unstable foundations, doesn't last. What feels most stable in your life? What are you sure about and what feels wobbly? If there are things that you feel need some attention don't ignore it. Get the foundations right and then you can start building.

    EPISODE #18 Understanding and embracing the phases of your monthly cycle

    Understanding our seasons and cycles is extremely empowering. It puts us in the driving seat rather than us feeling that we are always at the mercy of our fluctuating moods and energy levels. It may help you to plan your month so that you can better align your activities with how you are likely to be feeling. This increases the chances of making the most out of every stage of our month. It means that we don’t have to try and be Wonder Woman and ignore the fluctuations in our energy levels. So embrace the way we were made and use it to your advantage.     Success.  How do we measure it? I spoke a little while ago about exam results and how your grades don't define you. This got me thinking about how else we measure success .Success is offered measured by tangible outcomes; GCSEs, A Levels, degrees, professional qualifications and so on. We use those as a benchmark to measure success but actually successes so much more than that.

    It can feel really discouraging when we feel like the odds are stacked against us. Do not let the thought of how big the odds are that stacked against you or how many odds are stacked against you, put you off what it is you really want to do.  You can, with the right mindset, achieve anything that you want to.  Don't let your Goliath in your life defeat you. And just remember that David was victorious. And with the right mindset, you will be too.
