Are you living in the moment? Truly are you? Most people in the United States are not. They are always in a hurry many not even realizing that they are. Working for the weekend and then dreading Monday on Sunday.Even our holidays are getting that way. We start the Christmas season earlier each year not even enjoying the Fall season beforehand.Most of the day people are glued to their phone avoiding the moment and passing time until something that they like comes along. Phones have become a way to definitely not live in the moment.Sad thing is that when people reach the end of their life they will have few memories and moments to remember and cherish!
