Are you meeting your OWN needs first?

Today I chat to you about meeting your own needs because as women we are natural nurturers and often put everyone before ourselves because, I get it the kids need a mother, the boss needs you to perform your job to fulfil your role, you need the paycheck and your friends need your support.I talk about Maslow's Hierarchy of needs and how you can work out what your needs are and start meeting them yourself because you are worthy of living your most amazing life, you are worthy of love, but to find and keep that love it starts with putting yourself and your needs first.
