If it's a crazy season and you start a new, I don't know, nutrition plan, and all of a sudden it has to go out the window because days are long, schedules are crazy, work is busy, and you end up having to order takeout or delivery for a few nights in a row, like, okay, maybe you got bit back a little bit.Readjust. And I've been waiting for this slowdown, but here's the thing I haven't stopped moving. I've made the decision that while, yes, a slowdown, a perfect season, a lull, a rest period, something would be nice, I can't waste time waiting for it to show up.
