We talked about the market then and now, when should you buy, how you can buy and the endless options there are for home financing. The fact of the matter is, buying a home like they said is a scary and big deal, but from what I have learned and necessary part of beginning your "generational wealth" as Aric said. I like that, It is something you can hand down and or give to your family that has always been a great investment for your money and you have to start somewhere.
