He grew up in the moving business — literally and figuratively — under the guidance of his father, Arthur Morrissette Jr. and his grandfather, Arthur Sr., the founder of Interstate.Bud formally joined the enterprise in 1995. As he was mentored through the business, Bud served in virtually every capacity, including sales, finance, safety, HR and operations.
