Artscape Women's Humanity Festival 2026: Celebrating 70 Years of the Women's March Through the Arts - 31 July 2026

As South Africa commemorates 70 years since the historic 1956 Women's March, the 2026 Artscape Women's Humanity Festival returns with the inspiring theme, "A Place For All." CEO Marlene Le Roux joins us to discuss how this milestone festival is using theatre, music, film, and community dialogue to address critical issues such as gender-based violence, disability inclusion, LGBTQ+ rights, equality, and women's leadership. She also highlights the Women's Humanity Walk, the power of the arts to drive social change, and what audiences can expect throughout this meaningful celebration during Women's Month.
