"As they are approved"...or not? (Opinion)

from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation in accordance with the First Amendment United States Constitution concerning the catastrophic events at 1122 King Road which led to the initiation of one of the most high-profile cases in recent years of Idaho v. Kohberger. This case which was highly sealed with gag orders and multiple behind-closed-doors hearings in the more than 2.5 years it was actively prosecuted until July 2025 and the lack of unsealing of the case to the public - including documents approved for release on December 18, 2025.Link to the ADA County Courts website addressed in this podcast episode: https://adacounty.id.gov/judicial-court/kohberger/A SCOTUS case brought by a Texas man styled as Hunter v. United States wherein Mr. Hunter also waived his appellate rights in a plea deal that will be entertained by the U.S. Supreme Court on March 3, 2026 may change things for Mr. Kohberger and others who waive appellate rights when entering into plea deals with the government on due process grounds, and a favorable ruling in the SCOTUS case might pave the way to a possible appeal which would require evidence to be identified. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment ICongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. All parties who are charged with crimes are considered innocent under the eyes of the law until or unless they (1) are adjudicated guilty in a court of law or (2) agree to plead guilty. #Idaho4 #BryanKohberger (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho4) (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho...
