Mr. Ashley Sefako Mabogoane is the Executive Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors at New Seasons Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Mabogoane has been a Founder Shareholder at the firm. Mr. Mabogoane has been the Chief Executive Officer at Fabvest Investment Holdings Limited and FABCOS. He formerly held numerous positions in sales and marketing functions. Mr. Mabogoane served as the Chairman of African Bank Limited. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman of African Bank Investments Limited from December 1, 1999 to April 1, 2009 and as Non-Executive Director till April 1, 2009.
