El 20 de noviembre de 1910 inició en México un hito histórico que marcó el rumbo de ese país. Fue un proceso arduo en el cuál miles de mexicanos entraron en combate. La Revolución mexicana siendo una cruenta lucha por el poder, dio frutos positivos. Por ejemplo, se reconocieron constitucionalmente los derechos sociales y laborales de los obreros y campesinos mexicanos. Después de concluida la Revolución, diversas manifestaciones artísticas de ese país se abocaron a legitimar y hacer posible una visión nacionalista. Hoy escucharemos Huapango de Moncayo de manos de la Orquesta de París dirigida por la destaca directora mexicana Alondra de la Parra.
