Ask a Man 25 July '24: 'My partner says she cheated on me for a job.'

Anonymous says he’s been with his partner for 8 years and says he recently found out that his partner has been cheating on him with a guy that he knows for about 5 months.  Anonymous says they are still trying to work on their relationship after this but he’s struggling to move on as he feels like she’s lying to him about the reasons why she cheated on him.  Anonymous says her excuse for cheating on him is that the guy was offering her a job and she was just using him to get a job - a job she still doesn’t have.  Anonymous is struggling to believe this and doesn’t know what to do.
