ASK THE EXPERT---Jamie Gallagher (Origin Fitness Fairfax)

This month's interview was done right here in Fairfax County in Northern Virginia. We interviewed Jamie Gallagher, founder of Origin Fitness Fairfax and CrossFit Burke. We talked about the amazing competition they are hosting, the awesome team he has, and the fantastic members the worked out right in the background during our interview (apologies for the audio quality)! If you want to know what it takes to run a health and wellness focused business, this is the place to start. Listen in and send us your feedback. We would love to hear from you and see you at Origin Fitness Fairfax!
