At the Table with Dr. Tania Howard Pritz

from At the Table: an Innate Women Podcast · host Dr. Skylar & Dr. Megan

Send us Fan MailDr. Tania Howard Pritz has spent 35 years in the world of pediatric and perinatal chiropractic, beginning her career as a protégé of the legendary Dr. Larry Webster, founder of the Webster Technique. Since then, she’s worn a lot of hats—not just as a chiropractor, but as a serial entrepreneur, mentor, adventurer, and lifelong advocate for women, children, and families.Over the years, Tania has started two chiropractic practices, an IV Drip Bar, a real estate investment company, and a private yoga business. Most recently, she’s added “practice-launching mom” to the list, helping her daughter and fellow second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Julia Graham, get Coastal Family Chiropractic up and running in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.Tania has what she calls a “servant’s heart,” and mentoring young chiropractors and giving back have always been a big part of her life. She’s participated in mission trips to Haiti and Guatemala, served on the board of a birth center in Maryland, and currently serves on the board of The Freeman Arts Pavilion. Her career has also taken some unexpected turns—including providing chiropractic care to people in the entertainment industry.Outside of chiropractic, Tania loves traveling with her husband, Braden, and finding adventures wherever they go. She especially enjoys hiking and skiing when visiting their older daughter, Francesca, in Colorado. One of her current bucket-list goals is to cycle in every country in Europe—a goal she’s already made a pretty good dent in!And then there are the fun facts: Tania was a three-day retired champion on Wheel of Fortune (yes, that’s a story!) and recently competed on The Floor, where she got to go head-to-head with her teenage heartthrob, Rob Lowe. She’s proof that a career—and a life—can take some pretty amazing twists and turns when you stay curious, keep saying yes, and follow where your heart leads.IG: @AskDrTaniaWelcome to the table
