Athlete Spotlight: Emma Bunn, cyclist

from The Compeat Waffle · host Compeat Performance

We've all been there! We're trying to balance all balls in the air - whether that be work, life, family, sport - and not necessarily holding all things up at one time. This is exactly why we wanted to give a voice to our every day active individuals who are doing incredible things! For this episode of the Compeat Waffle, you'll be hearing from Emma Bunn. She has been a crew member with Compeat for a while now and we've loved working with her on all things nutrition while also getting to know her dreams, ambitions and drive. Emma is a cyclist with Dhuez (a Newcastle based cycling team) but by day squeezes in a full-time gig as a project manager. We awarded Em our December member of the month simply due to her resilience, her ability to adapt and her willingness to always aim for progress. She has a beautiful way of communicating that progress isn't always linear and there are a lot of bumps in the road. It's okay to sometimes feel like you're going backwards before taking that next step forward. We know you're going to enjoy this podcast. Em shares some incredible insights about where she's from and where she's going with a little bit of nutrition chat sprinkled in for good measure.  To also get personalised advice from one of our Compeat Nutrition performance staff, head over to our FREE NUTRITION ASSESSMENT!! https://compeatnutrition.typeform.com/to/AayZgf If you have any further questions or simply want to keep up to date with all the cool stuff we have going on, make sure to check out our socials:  Instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/compeat_nutrition/    Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/compeatnutritionaus/
