For over 20 years he has been studying the OCD especially as a vehicle for understanding the relationships between the mind and the brain. He is the author of the best seller Brain Lock, and more recently The Mind and the Brain. For the last few years he has been interested in the efficacy of the mind’s ability to change the brain and applying insights from this realm to business contexts. Jeff is the co-author of The Neuroscience of Leadership and is working on a new book with David Rock. He is the head of neuroscience research at the NeuroLeadership Institute.
