Identify the guidelines for first-line and beyond treatment of patients with hormone-sensitive advanced and metastatic prostate cancer, including medications, their mechanism, side effects and efficacy. 2. Summarize the recommendations for first-line and beyond treatment of castrate-resistant metastatic and nonmetastatic prostate cancer, including medications, their mechanism, side effects and efficacy. 3. Diagram the treatment options for high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. 4. Distinguish the guideline-defined therapeutic options for locally advanced and metastatic bladder cancer. 5. Discuss treatment options for locally advanced and metastatic kidney cancer, including medications, their mechanism, side effects and efficacy.
