Identify appropriate use of genetic testing, genetic counseling as well as somatic testing. 2. Describe appropriate use of treatment-related to specific genetic alterations. 3. Identify appropriate combination therapy with ADT plus novel androgen receptor pathway inhibitors and chemotherapy. Early treatment intensification as well as appropriate de intensification will be discussed in mHSCPC. 4. Describe the treatments for non-metastatic CRPC and oncologic outcomes based on AUA/SUO and NCCN Guidelines. 5. Counsel patients on available treatment options for CRPC as well as combination therapy and sequencing based on AUA/SUO and NCCN Guidelines.
