I think that responsibility and teamwork are very important in hospitality. ·       My Work Experience In my job, I have different responsibilities every day. Sometimes I must help guests, check bags, control entrances, and solve problems quickly. I consider that leadership is important because good communication improves customer service. If employees follow the rules, the hotel works better. ( If I see a problem with a guest or luggage, I will report it immediately.
