ACTIONS, SOLUTIONS AND EXPERIENCES IN MY WORK CONTEXT · Introduction Hello, my name is Ivan Quintana. I work in a hotel and I study to improve my professional skills. I think that responsibility and teamwork are very important in hospitality. · My Work Experience In my job, I have different responsibilities every day. Sometimes I must help guests, check bags, control entrances, and solve problems quickly. I consider that leadership is important because good communication improves customer service. If employees follow the rules, the hotel works better. ( If I see a problem with a guest or luggage, I will report it immediately. (First Conditional) If I were the hotel manager, I would improve communication between employees. (Second Conditional) In my work environment, flexibility and adaptability are necessary because schedules and situations change constantly. Self-direction is important because sometimes I must make decisions and complete tasks without supervision. Questions and Answers ü What do you do when there is a problem at work? When there is a problem, I stay calm, communicate with my team, and look for solutions. ü Why is responsibility important in your job? Responsibility is important because guests expect security, organization, and good service. ü How do flexibility and adaptability help you? These skills help me work with different situations, people, and schedules. Conclusion In conclusion, I believe that leadership, responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability are necessary skills for success in hospitality.
