ACTIONS, SOLUTIONS AND EXPERIENCES IN MY WORK CONTEXT ·       Introduction Hello, my name is Ivan Quintana. I work in a hotel and I study to improve my professional skills. I think that responsibility and teamwork are very important in hospitality. ·       My Work Experience In my job, I have different responsibilities every day. Sometimes I must help guests, check bags, control entrances, and solve problems quickly. I consider that leadership is important because good communication improves customer service. If employees follow the rules, the hotel works better. ( If I see a problem with a guest or luggage, I will report it immediately. (First Conditional) If I were the hotel manager, I would improve communication between employees. (Second Conditional) In my work environment, flexibility and adaptability are necessary because schedules and situations change constantly.
