(A2026-04). — Haywood Cloud Jr, Assistant City Manager of Community Services(B) Consideration of a Request for approximately 6.2 acres of undeveloped property on Willow Street, Parcel #15419621, currently zoned Residential Agricultural-20 (RA-20) and Residential—20 (R—20) to be rezoned entirely to Residential-20 (R—20). (Z 2026-04) The request is made by the property owner BMS Investment Properties, LLC. - Claudia Moore, City Planner (C) Consideration of a Request to rezone the developed property at 814 Lindsey Street, Parcel #154288, from Residential—6 (R—6) to General Business (GB). The request was made by Marlene Harrison, and the property owner is Stephen Curry.
