Last minute challenge! I can’t believe it is August 2020😳 As I’ve gotten out a little more I’ve found out I’m not the only one with a COVID pound gain🥰 That many of us despite our best attempts have still gained some weight during this time. On top of the news parents are handling and processing with what’s going on-or not with school this fall. All that to say I’ve really been thinking about doing a CHALLENGE to shake things up, get us all moving more, and with no matter what is going to start to claim our health back! I don’t want this to add to anyone’s plate, but to give back to it in energy, feeling better, less stressed, better moods, etc. So, for that reason it is going to be super simple!! Ready?! CHALLENGE -If you choose to accept;) *Every day in the month of August to move your body intentionally for 30 minutes. -That’s it!! -Just 30 min a day can change how you feel, build your confidence back, and give you a spring board to add even more new healthy habits this fall💪 HOW it will work: *Join the FB Group: Bold & Brave Community at bit.ly/boldandbravehealth -which anyone is always welcome to join-but you’ll specifically need to join for this challenge. *Every day at 9pm EST I’ll ask for you to share your movement for the day. *Share a screen shot of your Strava, you pedometer, sweaty selfie, timer, something to show you got it in! OH. AND....for those that complete 30 minutes of movement every day will be put it a drawing to win a NEW workout sports bra/shirt or shorts from LULULEMON!!* (Say what?!) For real. For real. I love my lululemon gear and feel like everyone needs a good piece to rock their workouts in. JOIN!!
