Although she is in a stable place now, she has lived with addiction the majority of her life. She lived in addiction for 15 years until she became introduced to spiritual principles that allowed her to change her perspective. Her book, Honor Your Heart, addresses the emotional aspect of ending the habit. From her base in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we get into it all. Enjoy.
