Authors Tuesday Episode with author Todd Feltman PHD

Hi and welcome to another authors Tuesday episode. Today I was deligeted to be joined by another great author, Todd Jason Feltman, PhD, is the author of Transforming Into A Powerful Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade Navigator of School Success published by SchoolRubric.  He is also the author of two self-published books, The Elementary and Middle School Student-Friendly Handbook to Navigating Success: You Need to Take Charge of Your Education!  and Mentoring My Elementary-and Middle-School Students to Become Powerful Navigators of Success: An Interactive Handbook for Teachers and Students in Grades Two to Eight. Todd is an elementary school intensive reading interventionist. He has spent over twenty-five years working in New York City Elementary and Middle Public Schools and local independent schools.  He has been a classroom teacher, specialty writing teacher, mentor teacher, literacy coach, and assistant principal.  Feltman is also an adjunct assistant professor in Childhood Education at Hunter College. He believes passionately that students can become powerful navigators of school success.  They can take charge of their education.   Feltman has three master’s degrees: one in childhood education, one in literacy education, and one in school supervision and administration.  He received his doctorate in urban education from the Graduate Center at the City University of New York.
