Vaccines do not cause autism. Parents are not “causing” their children’s disabilities. And why are we still treating diagnoses like shameful labels instead of pathways to support? The fearmongering has real consequences, especially for families already carrying so much.We also got honest about masking, burnout, autoimmune disease, people-pleasing, and the emotional toll of trying to survive in systems that were never built with compassion in mind.
