Awake Leadership in Business | Life Energy, Intuition & Reshaping Legal Systems | Mariana Hagström

In this episode, I had an amazing chat with Mariana Hagström about life, leadership, business from the inside out and turning legal from blocker to flow, contract intelligence that actually drives the business. And a first for the podcast… talk about esp, both our whippets joined us at the start. Same age, same energy and it set the tone in the the brightest most possible way. This conversation went way beyond legal. We spoke about life energy, both feminine and masculine, and what it really means to be awake as a leader. To actually see. To actually listen. We explored how innovation is not always about building something new, but about connecting the dots that already exist. There was a strong thread around intuition versus force. When to push and when to allow. And how presence often outperforms control. We also got into the trap of averaging everything, getting stuck in what is “working”, and how your own knowledge and self-development becomes the real accelerator as you scale.Through the Bee Formless™ methodology, we explored:LEARN (Letting go)✨ Legal is not just protection. It can be a driver of clarity, speed and flow✨ Your foundation is your own awareness. That is what scales everything elseUNLEARN (Reimagine & reshape)✨ Force as the default way forward. Not everything needs to be pushed✨ Averaging everything to stay safe. That is where stagnation livesRELEARN (Test & implement)✨ Connect the dots. Innovation often comes from what is already in front of you✨ Use intuition and presence as real decision-making tools, not just dataACTIVE RECOVERY (Reflect & reset)✨ Notice where you are forcing instead of allowing✨ Come back to being awake.
