Ayanna Parrent- Author of "Becoming Free" CEO of "Bfreewell.com"

Its National Women's Month www.bfreewell.com. Ayanna is a strong black woman, dynamic personality, recovering alcoholic, yoga teacher and adoptive mother who runs a coaching and wellness business based on Cape Cod, MA.  Ayanna has started a non-profit to provide wellness and recovery services to those in need and co-hosts the podcast Fit Phat Chat.  Ayanna runs an annual retreat and does speaking engagements on sobriety, recovery, wellness.  Ayanna believes that there are many ways to work towards and maintain recovery (particularly through mindfulness and fun) and everyone is recovering from something.
