Abbey Leigh is a Doctor of Ayurveda, specializing in reproductive health and fertility. She is also a Pancha Karma Specialist, Marma  Therapist, Polarity Therapist, Certified  Ayurvedic Herbalist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and runs Yoga Teacher Trainings and Retreats around the world. She was Sasha's supervisor and mentor during her first practitioner internship at CCA.Abbey’s mission is to inspire women in reestablishing a profound connection with their bodies, unlocking their inherent wisdom, and wholeheartedly embracing the organic ebbs and flows of life’s rhythms and cycles. She supports women to consciously conceive their heart-desired baby, whether it be natural conception or through fertility treatments. She believes that Conscious conception is more than just the physical process of trying to have a baby.
