B-SIDES 23: "Santa's Slay"
from The Cinema Craptaculus Podcast Network Hosted by The Cinema Craptaculus Crew
Santa has come early this year and he’s gotta sack full of mayhem for a small town called Hell – It’s SANTA’S SLAY! Here’s how IMDB describes the movie: It’s Christmas Eve – 2005 and Santa Claus (Bill Goldberg) arrives in to a small town aptly named Hell to check on the naughty and the nice. A deli working teenager Nicholas Yuleson (Douglas Smith) finds that his grandfather (Robert Culp) is actually an angel that defeated the devil's son at a game of curling, and the evil creature has spent the last one thousand years playing a good Santa Claus, giving toys to the children. Now that the bet is over, Santa Claus wants revenge. Nicholas and his girlfriend Mary Mackenzie (Emilie de Ravin) try to escape from the killer and find a way to stop him until the end of Christmas. This holiday horror has more mid-2000’s era b-level stars than lights on a Christmas tree, including Dave Thomas, Saul Rubinkek, Chris Kattan, Fran Drescher, Rebecca Gayheart and the uncredited, but not unmissed James Caan! “Carpentune” Intro and outro music composed & performed by Gregory Bromfield Follow us on Twitter @Craptaculus and on Instagram @cinemacraptaculus iTunes https://apple.co/34WS22m Spotify https://open.spotify.com/show/6JkObSg6o3RdKcSmJ5zeZ3?si=qO56jiXeTueoRIvQYZCEsQ
