Round Table Discussion: Enactment of the Finnish real estate tax reform is approaching - what does an investor need to know? Real estate tax is one of the most significant operating costs of properties. The Finnish real estate tax reform that has been prepared for a decade is now finally entering into the parliamentary decision-making process in Spring 2024. The reform will mean a fundamental change on how the tax base of properties is determined and the amount of taxes finally payable.
