बालमनः

शीत-ऋतोः मनमोहिकायां प्रभातवेलायां पानीयस्थापनस्थाने कलरवं कुर्वतः, आनन्देन भोजनकणान् खादतः च बहून् पक्षिणः मार्त्तण्डः अपश्यत् । पितामह्यां परलोकं गतायां केचन एव मासाः व्यतीताः आसन् । मार्त्तण्डः मातरम् अपृच्छत् 'पितामही कुत्र जन्म गृहीतवती भवेत्?’ इति । तदनन्तरं तस्मिन् विषये एव तयोः मध्ये सम्भाषणं प्रचलति ।(“केन्द्रीयसंस्कृतविश्वविद्यालयस्य अष्टादशीयोजनान्तर्गततया एतासां कथानां ध्वनिप्रक्षेपणं क्रियते”)On a charming winter morning, many birds were chirping and joyfully pecking at grains near the water place.
